Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 June 2026

These terms apply to anyone applying to or taking part in a TrackPage Projects programme. By applying or participating, you agree to them.

What the programme is

TrackPage Projects programmes are self-paced virtual work experience. They are not employment, an internship, a job placement or an offer of work. Participants do not perform work for TrackPage Projects or for any real client or company.

There is no wage, no employment contract, and no guaranteed job, interview or university credit as a result of participating.

Certificates

A certificate of completion is only issued when programme completion requirements are met. The Completion Pack, which includes the completion certificate, is optional and paid for separately.

Digital product refunds

The Completion Pack is a digital product. Once digital products have been accessed or downloaded, refunds may be limited unless required by law. Where you have a statutory right to a refund, we will honour it.

Intellectual property

  • You own the portfolio work you create as part of the programme.
  • TrackPage Projects owns the programme materials, briefs, templates and other content we provide.
  • You may use your own deliverables in your CV, portfolio and LinkedIn, but you may not republish our programme materials.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, university credit or recognition by any specific employer as a result of taking part in a programme.

Optional guidance sessions

TrackPage Projects may offer optional CV review, mentorship, or guidance sessions. These sessions provide general educational and career guidance only. They do not guarantee employment, interviews, university credit, employer recognition, or application outcomes.

Participants are responsible for deciding how to use any guidance provided.

Limitation of liability

We aim to provide the programme and digital products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent allowed by law, TrackPage Projects is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including missed opportunities, lost earnings, loss of data, or unsuccessful applications arising from participation in the programme or use of our materials. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where the law does not allow us to do so.
